Small XS Scuba weight pockets on my BP/W. Two on the waist belt, two on the tank straps.

I have both. For SCUBA diving I use the integrated one. For free diving (snorkeling) like when you go swimming with whaleshark (or with sailfish) in Isla Mujeres or shark diving in Jupiter, Florida, you will only wearing a wetsuit. Having weight belt is convenient to get yourself neutrally buoyant, so you can take picture of the fish, not only from the top side all the time, but also from 5-10' underwater.

I personally use integrated, I like the convenience but during Chamber day at Catalina both the coast Guard and LA County rescue guys said they wish everyone would use belts as most, their words here, most recovery operations find the integrated weights still in place on the victims.

Kind of amusing because most recovery operations around here find the weight belt in place on the victims.

I try try to keep the weight belt under 16# and put the rest on the rig.
