just got back from Cozumel today.

dove it with a 3/4 and was very toasty

I saw guys who had 1 mm, dive skins or with just swimsuits, and they were doing fine.
I do recommend at least a rash guard to protect from things that sting or bite.

Last report I got they were not even letting anyone into Grand Caymen yet after the storms.

Good luck!

It probably will work. I was in the Bahamas when Jeanne came through and could only snorkle a little. I had a dive skin and was a little cold. I'd think a 2 or 3 mill would be best.

(that's only a guess, however)

Going to Grand Caymen and Cozumel in November. Will a 2 mil work good or ?
