You may need to go custom.
In many cases, getting a custom made suit, even from one of the manufacturers is marginally more expensive but it doesn't break the bank. I know people who have done very colorful things with wetsuits.
Stock wetsuits for diving tend to be monochromatic at best or offer very limited options for colorization. They tend to take their cue from other colors that are in vogue (anyone remember the neon craze of the 90s) in other action sports. Manufacturers are going to mass market colors they think will sell. Mass market suits by definition are not good vehicles for self expression.
What is the statement attributed to Henry Ford that applies to stock suits?, "you can have any color so long as it is black."
That said, have you checked out surf suits, they tend to be a bit more colorful, but the cut may be a compromise when it comes to diving. Surf suits are cut to give a bit more freedom of movement in the shoulders.

Am looking for something I can use year round in Virginia waters which is looking more and more like a full 7mm suit with some stretch to it. I'm not a large guy (5'9" 160 lbs) but I do tend to fluctuate about 15 lbs seasonally. Your linked 6.5 mm suit will work but was looking for more red....
Where can I get the X Vision mask in clear skirt red trim locally? I'm in Hampton Virginia.....

Below 30 feet or so red will appear black.

The new SeaQuest Pro QD i3 has nice red accents.
Fathom mades some suits with trim down the sides. I have one with blue trim, and I met a lady with one with red trim. Both are probaby a tad bit faded, but they both looked good. You can find them on ebay for decently cheap and they are a great wetsuit! Fathom also made some in very ridiculous colors.
