I'm going on a cruise in January that stops at Cozumel, Cancun, Belize City and Roaton. I'm trying to decide which of these to dive at. There will be 2 of us that are certified but are very inexperienced divers (5-10 dives each.) I've dove in Cozumel and Rivera Maya before and enjoyed both. I'm planning to dive 2-3 places and am wondering which of these would be best for inexperienced divers.
Also, I've heard of the Tortuga dive but am having problems finding out the location in relation to Cancun or Cozumel to find out if it would be possible to do this dive on one of our stops. Any recommendations of where and who to dive with would be appreciated.
