Where to go for a Red Sea liveaboard during the winter?

When would be the best time next year for a 'simply the best liveaboard'. I have just done a weeks diving in marsa alam and saw very little, incl elphinstone. im looking for some big fish action at brothers and daedalus and want to hit optimal time regardless of cost. cheers for any info

 

[Red Sea Shadow]

Mid May to end of July for hammerheads at Brothers and Daedalus. November and December for oceanic white tips at Elphinstone.

Nothing guaranteed though.
