would love some direction

Hi,
would love your opinion.... we traveled to Raja Ampat last year and loved it. Deciding on where to go next that will equal or surpass it's wonder. I am not an advanced diver, mostly vacation, so don't need to do 4 dives a day. what are your thoughts on Sipadan or Palau? Or would you go back to Indonesia? Was considering staying at on land dive resort in Raja along with a liveaboard afterwards... thoughts? thanks so much for your help.
