You have all made good points. Diving the last few weekends off Dar it has been a bit murky, when it should be nice. Also, it is normal everywhere to have power problems, and Pemba is quite under-developed compared to Zanzibar, so I am not surprised that they shut odwn the generators. Right now there is a serious power problem due to a drought. We are on generator power 12 to 16 hours/day, and it will probably be a problem until the rainy season (soon I hope).
