Looks like I'll be in Manila early October for work. I'll be in Makati for 2 weeks, I'll have the weekend and maybe a day or two to sneak in some diving. What the easist and best spots to go from Manila? Recommend any dive shops in Manila to go through?
 
anilao and PG are the easiest to get to...

if you can find a group (i think pak gave you the contact for joy and hernel in another thread) anilao is near and inexpensive...

if you don't have a group (or a ride) you're better off going to PG... it's the same 2 hour ride + a 45 min boat transfer... PG charges per head so you can pretty much dive alone if there's no other group...

lots of great ops in both places...
