I know nothing about Italian law. Is the wreck restricted in some way? Are OW divers restricted to depths?

Of course that begs the question, why are they there?

Are you legally allowed to dive that wreck?

we're allowed to dive everything in Italy with some pemissions.
It's not good what they do.
I can go how deep I want, don't you agree?

Yes, I think they have the right to do so, especially on the Haven.
