I'm getting close to ordering a Freedom 2 from DiveRiteInScuba, but wanted to see if anyone out here was using one. I'd definitely be interested to hear how you like it, but specifically, how is it holding up durability-wise with the conditions out here? I don't want to find out the hard way that say, Monastery cuts through these suits like butter.

Thanks!

Well I have not used one of those suits, but my CF200 handled hundreds of local dives, and now my Fusion is doing great. I tend to dive the North Coast more which means rocks, sand, and generally abusive conditions. Seems many people are liking the Santi suits too.

My husband has one of those. He dives it about every weekend, but from a boat. He's had it for a year or two and it's been bone dry up until about a week ago. It's got a slight leak somewhere now, but we haven't found it yet. OTOH, the shoulder valve is in a truly lousy spot which makes it difficult to vent.
