Trouble downloading from DG03

Hello,

I am having a hard time downloading my logs from my DG03. I connect the cable, then go to the dive log section of the software user interface. I click the + sign to download, choose download from DC, pick my DC. I click the test button and it shows that the interface is found. I make sure the DC is turned on, then connect the interface to the DC. I then click the button to start the download and it shows "starting handshake". I then get a timed out message.

What am I doing wrong?
