Scuba Diving in laoag?

is this recommended?

i am going to bring mother to fort ilocandia for a weekend stay and was wondering if i could do some decent diving while im there.

would it be worth to try?

i think i vaguely remember fort ilocandia offering dives... never been that far north though so never bothered to look into it

no diving in the ilocos region. although u can just tour her and yourself to the old spanish churches and marcos' mausoleum instead. i maybe wrong with the scuba diving though

far northern philippines... about 10 hours by land from manila... plenty busses go there but you better get good butt implants because they're gonna get flat
