miflex vs trident mesh hose-- any difference?

Hey all.. Thinking about going to a miflex type hose for my reg and bc... My local shop doesnt sell the miflex hose-- but they sell the trident mesh flex hoses... Is there any difference? Is one better then the other? Cost is about the same so that is a non issue.. Anyone been able to look at both side by side?
