Going diving Sunday in Rhode Island. Want to try out my new rx100 setup. I realize wide angle is likely not going to work. Probably mostly macro shots. Anyone have and advice?

Don't go to Ft Whethrill the vis will stink. Either a boat dive or try a Newport shore dive.

Dove Kings Beach. Nice dive easy entry decent vis.

Yeah a great standby dive site! The vis can be really good sometimes >20'! I did my 1st OW dive there in May 1968. Post some pictures! What did you see?

Greens Bridge is another good site... bit of a swim to get out there but AfterDark and I dove there a couple of times last season and it was always good (Except when the fins were eaten by the eel grass...). I found a 40mm shell there once, too.
