Ok, this is the latest advisory so as of right now it is going to be ago but we all know how the weather can change. If the winds are really what they are predicting then it will be a nice 1-2' morning. I am not going to jinks this by calling everyone (although I did fill the boat up today for saturday) so have your credit card at the dock. Denise, I know you are driving in but the earlier we leave the better, it looks like the later in the day the rougher it is going to get. I usally do a dock time of 6:00 a.m but i will let you make the call . So what time is it going to be?

Right now we have Glenn, Denise, Cameron, & Don. Is there anyone else. By the way the trip is going to be $135.00 each instead of the normal $150.00.

SATURDAY
NORTH WINDS AROUND 10 KNOTS BECOMING EAST. SEAS 1 TO
3 FEET. BAYS AND COASTAL WATERWAYS SMOOTH. SCATTERED SHOWERS.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

Okay Denise, our destiny is in your hands. Let us know what time we are meeting?

And I'm back....Just returned from Christmas in New Orleans and didn't have access to SB.

I'm glad the weather's looking good for Saturday because I couldn't have made the trip on Monday. And I'm happy to hear we have a full boat. The weather should be great and the seas should be flat and calm.

Denise, let me know if you need a recommendation for a hotel Friday night. The Daisy D is moored at Pensacola Beach, so there are a few hotels nearby--many of them begging for business this time of year. So you may want to consider coming in for a nice evening Friday. And maybe those that are going to be here may want to get together for a beer Friday?

A nice Friday evening sounds good. Please pm me your hotel recommendations......although I may be too excited to sleep!! :D But either way, I will be there by 6. I just need to know an address or specific directions to get to where the boat is docked. I have a habit of getting lost and I wouldn't want to slow anyone down because of that.

Mat, I've got to be honest here. It'll be good to dive with some REAL divers and not some Candypants scuba diver wannabes who don't want to mess up their hair or get their gear wet.

ROTFL

You know I looked through my whole closet and I never did find any pants with candy in them...

I'm coming in Friday night and staying at the Springhill Suites on Pensacola Beach.

How close is the marina to there?

I should get in around 7pm if anyone wants to get together for dinner or something.

Right down the road.
When you come on to the Island Friday Night it will be the first parking lot on the right once you cross the toll booth . It is the Marina behind the Market

Denise check this link for all the hotels on Pensacola Beach Spring Hill Suites is my Favorite. All of these Hotels are close to the boat. http://www.oriskanyscubadiving.com/links.html

Who is all going to be on the Beach Friday night?

Why don't we all plan to meet at Flounder's Friday night at 7pm for a beer?

Who's in?

Flounders is located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. (Cross the toll bridge. Turn left at stoplight, into the parking lot of Flounders.)

Thanks so much Jeff and Eric. I just made my reservation for Friday night and I will definitely be at Flounders at 7pm. I can't wait!!!!!!

And thank you Capt Jeff for the Scubaboard discount!!!
