Hi All:

Haven't been on the board in a while and am getting set for a trip back to West Palm Beach. Can anyone tell me if the Narcosis is still a good boat to dive out of Riviera Beach? On our last trip we were fortunate enough to be one of the final voyages on the Rampage.

Thanks,

Mike

Narcosis was sold but the new owner (Capt. Van) is doing a good job and maintains a loyal following among the local divers.

I would also suggest checking Little Deeper Charters. Captain Dave Brown has a great boat and runs a good (and safe) operation.

Scuba Works offers daily dive charters on the Emerald. We do a two tank dives and everyday except Wednesday and Sunday when we do 3 tank dives. We do the Lemon Sharks during this time of the year as well as catering to hunters looking lobster and fish. Give us a call at the shop at 561-575-DIVE (3483) to book a trip. Hope to see you soon.

Has anyone heard of the Force E Dive Centers---and if so, have you heard positive feedback about them?

Force E in WPB essentially acts as a dive trip broker and will charter you on any one of a half dozen boats that are not owned or operated by them. I used them to book a trip with Walker's Dive Center (the wetter the better boat) last week. I also buy stuff at Force E's retail shop and have purchased a pre-paid air fill package. I fill my tank w/ Force E when I dive the Blue Heron Bridge. I really like the folks in their WPB store. I don't know how the other Force E locations work.

Has anyone been on the PD II (at the Hall of Fame Marina in Fort Lauderdale) since they started doing morning deep dives on the weekends? I understand they did a 5-wreck trek yesterday and are going to the Mercedes tomorrow at 8 am... In the past I heard that their service was awesome but their destinations were purely for beginners... What is the scoop now?

My name is Bill and I have a dive boat at the Bahia Mar Beach Resort on Fort Lauderdale Beach. If anyone needs information, please let me know. 954-770-DIVE seaxp.com Hope I'm doing this right, I'm a newbie to this site. SEA EXPERIENCE II is a 45' catamaran.

I love the following:

Emerald Charters- Randy Jordan in Jupiter
American Dream Dive Charters- Ft. Lauderdale
Florida Keys Dive Center in Tavernier (Keys)- possibly the best operation I have dove with so far.

Hope this helps!
