How do we post attachments in HH now?

A number of us use the attachment paperclip to post thumbnail pictures in the thread. That feature does not appear available now altho it is still available in other locations on SB

Is it possible to activate that feature please?

Apparently MoD's can see the paperclip but none of the posters can see it which created a little confusion trying to explain the problem.

Not everyone has web stored pictures and we often post pictures from our dives and pictures from or computers that fit in with the topic... usually what kind of fish stuff.

Can someone please help us with this it seems to have happened when we moved?

if it can't be activated in SI (due TOS or whatever); can we move the thread to one of the regional forums?! I think this would be a good solution for all: mods happy, non-HH have the thread out of their way, as for HH'ers: nothing particularly notable except for the thumbnails thing.
