Texas Dive Show and Gathering

Feb 12 and 13.

There is a "Scuba Board" social at 7pm on the 12th. I have no idea what this is.

There has been discussion about a get-together on the 13th at a near by eaterie.

I live less than 10 minutes from the show hotel and know the area well.

I need numbers and suggestions on times. We should be aware, it's valentines weekend.

There are two pubs in the immediate area. They both serve food.

Pretty sure it was decided the evening of Saturday the 13th....give folks a chance to go to the show first. I don't think a place has been specified yet, or a time.

I'm not aware of a "Scubaboard Social" on Friday the 12th???

I can only make it for the 13th. I'll be working a booth at the show, and then I think some swampers are planning to meet up somewhere close by for a meal and socializing. However, neither a time or place has been set, so we'll keep watching to see what pans out.

Holy %$*&. The Texas Dive Show is coming to Dallas. Well, Hallelujah! I am working the NBA All-Star Jam Session that weekend but only until 12:30pm on Saturday. I will have to go by and take a look around. Wonderful if anyone will remember me? LOL . We really need to have a great showing among the participants so we can get them back next year! I can't believe every dive shop in the metroplex isn't already signed up. What a great opportunity to show what your shop is made of and what you have to offer. Oh man you know who would be perfect for this show? Aquarena Springs. Or maybe a shop who puts together stuff for them on a regular basis. Ooo ooo or maybe the Missile Silo people? Man, my head is spinning with ideas. CSSP? Dive for the Heart? Polar Bear Dive? Dive Rite tech tour? Diving Rebels? Where is everyone? We have so much to offer in North Texas and I can't believe there are not more of these exhibitors.
Even us, the Texas Swamp Divers! I bet they would put out a flyer for us at the Scubaboard table or a sign or something if we can get it over there during the show.
