Marc...I love your river scenes!

Can someone tell me how to post pics here? I have them hosted online or I can upload them here. But I couldn't get the photos to post, just the thumbnails. I tried the photo url withing the
thing but it didn't show up. What am I missing?

I think this is a good description of how to post images (I am a bit biased though ).

My guess would be that if the picture did display properly you likely did not have the image address correct (address of the actual image and not the display page address).

Deefstes, I love the dark brooding sky and the heavy shadows.
Mark, great water shot.
Dee, Love that spider. Can't wait to see how the Oly does UW.
Jon, too many to mention.
Anyone else I missed, sorry, I couldn't go back and look at previous pages while posting.
Here's one I took two years ago in San Salvador from our hotel window. It was 5 shots and I planned it as a pano, but just downloaded autostitch recently. This is my first try at it. What a great program. Free demo, and just drop the pics and watch the pano appear. All I had to do was crop it in PS7.

Dee, I think to drop images directly, you need to use a hosting service. I use photobucket.

What a KILLER thread this is. I'm coming back to spend a lot of time here later. I love U/W photography and have so much to learn!!!

Jcsgt. . . did you ever think you'd be up to 232,252 views of your thread when you started it???

Great thread!

i'm not sure if chantal (jcsgt) still visits her thread :)

please share some of your photos in this thread.

African Elephant (Loxodonta africana). This was the first time I've encountered an Elephant while on foot. Usually I'm in a car and while this one was fairly docile you feel kind of vulnerable looking up to a 6 tonne colossus that's three times your height.
