It took me forever. 5 years. But back loaded and now getting in about 100 a year. Which still seems like not very much given I do two or thee liveabords a year and usually 1 dive a week at home. Or every spare moment I have. Or so it seems.

With kids, wife, work, crappy weather etc. it can seem to take a very long time to get a hundred dives in.

Hi all, its taken me 4 months to do 75 dives, so my calculations make it approx mid September will be my 100th dive!

Oh and I was told the other day, 100th dive is suppose to be done naked LOL (norty boys)

...so is the 200th, 300th, etc...lol :D

Having said that, I can think of much worse places than Australia to skinlebrate your 100th dive...some of my dives have been done in sub 5 degrees C water...:shakehead:

Australia ranges in water temperature from about 6C to 28C depending on where you are

...then plan carefully where and when your 100th dive will take place...lol

good thinking thank you, water temps where I am are 16-18 degrees C at the moment, should be back to 20 or so by mid September, might have to go to the Tropics instead lol :auto:

Well, took me about a year and a half, and considering that i am a poor college student living in the middle of Texas, i'm pretty proud of that fact.

Now, if you go naked for your 100th, what do you have to wear on your 250th?

I'm with psiborg1812. Its just over a year and I will be doing my 100th dive on Thursday. It will also be the final dive of my PADI DSAT Tec 40 course, so it will be my first deco dive! I am excited!

The first 100 took 2 yrs., 9 months. Am about to reach the second 100 in a little less than 2 years. I try to dive as often as possible, but interesting sites are a distance away and closer ones aren't all that great. You do what you can.
