Well times a ticking away. Less then 2 months before the big move Melbourne. I cant wait to get under...down under!

See you guys in January! The gear will be unpacked by then.

Make sure you let us know when you arrive so you can come diving with us. It is almost my birthday again, you know how civilised our after dive picnic is...there might be cake!!

Yeah, well...after a picturesque place like Canada, where else could you go but Victoria??

I've never been to Canada, but if I didn't live here I think I'd love to live there.

You and BOP should come down for cake too.

No I didnt have much choice...the hospitality was the best and the scenery is nice also.

I'll see if I can make it for some cake. Is the gang going to buy you a pressie or are they just fattening you up with cake so you cant swim faster then them? I think Sas may be setting you up for bait just in case she gets her much wanted pointer siting


Do you know anyone who has 2 or even 4 aluminum cylinders laying around that would want to rent them for 2 weeks? I want to do some exploring down near Kennett River but the closest fill shop is in Geelong. That's a 4 hour return trip during the holidays.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

No, I'm sorry I know anyone with spare Al cylinders. Sas might know someone, I'll go rattle her cage.

I thought there was somewhere to get fills from in Apollo Bay but after quite a bit of searching have come up with zip.

BTW. Have some info about Kennett River in a shore diving book I can send to you if you need it.

I am not sure who has AL tanks but I'll start asking around. Most people tend to use Steels... do you mind either way? Also I'll see if anyone can offer fills around that area!

I tried Apollo Bay last year...no go. And any info you have about sites would be appreciated burna.

I love steels...but figured someone might have some ALs they don't use that much. I am only bringing one big steel and my deco bottle, but they probably wont get there new certs until after I hit Kennett.
If I could get fills down there, then I could get away with a couple.

Sas...ya ready for some deco? I wanna hit a sub or two!
