Wow......long time with dives happening judging by the silence

Today I dived Humber Bay in Toronto. 37 degree water, 25 degree air, snowing, 30 ffw, 30 minutes, 15-20' vis......nice dive to just swim around and reflect on my thoughts :D

My last four planned dives have been cancelled because of high winds and seas...a new record for me. In one dive the boat (out of Riviera Beach, FL) tried but decided it was too rough after arriving at the site; planned dives near Venice, FL, Jupiter, FL and (yesterday) for Fort Lauderdale all cancelled before even leaving the dock! So my last dive was a 3 day live-aboard on M/V Spree out of Key West Labor Day weekend to the Dry Tortugas (highly recommended!)

It wasn't today, but I went diving in Salt Lake City a couple days ago. Apparently with a few 10' nurse sharks, but we couldn't see 3' in front of us. The air temp was in the teens and the water was in the low 60's. A very odd dive.

Manatee Springs State Park-water was warm, air was cold. It was a great day.

It was yesterday,
Ras Mohammed national park in Egypt.
2x 40 mins @20m 24c water 20m vis.
Loads of life.
Off to the Thistlegorm on Tomorrow. Two dives on that to look forward to.

Pulau Hantu, off the coast of Singapore. Vis is bad and currents a little tricky but there's cool critters including this seahorse! (Which I *think* is a darker variation of a tiger tail seahorse)ImageUploadedByTapatalk1357054466.415183.jpg
