There is probably more effects from cameras and their strobes than this computer.

But as valuable as that speculation is, actual data would be nice.

There are probably far more important and pressing issues to worry about. Definitely plastic bags cause more harm than any of the above.

Hey Liquivision... the discussion on this "Shipping Status" thread is really deteriorating, give us something else to talk about like a release date. :D

Thank you. I have been wondering if it was okay to throw plastic bags in the ocean. Now I can stop worrying and get some sleep at night. Your contributions on this topic have been invaluable. :sarcasm::sarcasm::sarcasm:

I understand that all of us prospective buyers are anxious but I appreciate that they are delaying the release until the bugs are worked out (assuming that is what is going on). I hate buying products that were rushed to market before they were ready. If they have discovered an issue that requires work then I am fine with them taking as long as necessary to fix these issues before selling the computer. I would rather not be trying to get some problem fixed while on a dive trip to some remote location.

On the other hand, a bit more information about the anticipated release date would be welcome.

When the product is finally released and it is working as advertised without issues, people will right away forget all about the delays in the release of the product. BUT if it is released too soon and there are problems with the product, people will never forget this and it will eventually go down the same path the Delphi/Phoenix went many years ago.
