Small bowl of cereal and some coffee. I'll also drink some water for hydration.

technical diving courses will instruct you to lay off the fatty meals and caffeine prior to a dive as it will effect your on and off gassing. with that said if its a student dive ( relatively short dive with a lot of surface intervals) or a none deco dive then Krispy creme and coffee.

I wait until I'm finished diving for the day before eating. I don't like tasting a meal several times due to burping I sometimes get after diving.

Thank you, friends for sharing your experiences and preferences! I got some good ideas. Now I'm going to have breakfast according to your advise :) and then - diving in the lake of Geneva! Have a good Sunday!

2large cups of coffee and a bottle of coke. I don't eat till the diving is done, just drink lots of water.

Most of the time breakfast is the same as any other day, but if I need to make sure I can stand the cold, not be hungry for a while or feed other people who might have seasick tendencies: oatmeal.

Oatmeal w/ fruit
or w/ fruit jelly
or w/ cinnamon/brown sugar

Those little packets of instant oatmeal come in lots of flavors, are decently healthy and require nothing more than hot water. You can even use your coffe mug as a bowl. Great stuff, incredible hunger killer.

I am a person of very boring habits... breakfast consists of a bowl of Raisin Bran, banana, orange juice and coffee whether I'm diving or not.

I often skip breakfasts but when im diving its a small bowl of cereal followed by as much fruit as I comfortably feel like....one word on watermelon, guaranteed to keep your wetsuit warm :)
