I might be doing an August session of Fundies (that someone recommended to @Marie13) to continue sharpening my skills, so any wet noodles will have to happen before that date.

On the fitness side:

Had to do a Target run to get heavier dumbells - up to 12 lbs now.

The squats are making a huge difference with my knees.

I'm quite sure that really deep deep down @Marie13 really does want to do Fundies. I reckon it is buried about as deeply in her psyche as her like for warm water...

Slow and steady progress is a considerable accomplishment, especially after back problems and other significant challenges. Congratulations.
