There is still no fishing allowed in the park. Nonetheless, some fish boats will be in park area especially when no dive boats around. In the southern reefs near lighthouse, lots of fishing boats are in park boundary. Rare to see grouper underwater now.As long as folks keep buying grouper filet at the restaurants, fishermen will keep poaching the marine park.
