Hi, we are at MIA right now! Our 10:30 flight today to Bonaire was canceled (AT 8:45 THIS AM) but they say this one is due to weather in Bonaire. So far we are booked on a flight to Aruba at 1pm if it doesn't get canceled also.We have a trip to Bonaire in a few weeks, and a member of our group heard American cancelled the Wednesday flight out of Miami,June 22. Anyone have firsthand information on this?
Thanks,
RJ
Good luck, the storm should pass quickly, seems to odd they are going to fly to a place further west when the storm is headed that way.Hi, we are at MIA right now! Doesn't seem odd at all. There is no place east of the storm to land, and the winds are not yet increased in Aruba.Good luck, the storm should pass quickly, seems to odd they are going to fly to a place further west when the storm is headed that way.
Right so why hold them up, send them to aruba to wait out the storm an additional couple of hours. When they could just hold them up in MiamiDoesn't seem odd at all. There is no place east of the storm to land, and the winds are not yet increased in Aruba.
Different question. Only AA can answer.Right so why hold them up, send them to aruba to wait out the storm an additional couple of hours. When they could just hold them up in Miami
