Don't have anything like that. I keep my "trinkets" to a minimum. I have started collecting stickers and put them on my gear though and have a couple on my scuba tanks. I wouldn't consider any of them essential, though.

Recently purchased one of those "dive guide" tools. Essentially a glorified aluminum foot long poking stick. I will use it as a tank banger to let me wife/dive buddy know if I have spotted something cool if she is looking elsewhere.
