    Ring bungees

Just a thought: put your valves facing away from you. Using a choker clip the tank on your lower d ring. put your o ring of the ring bungee over your valve. this will eliminate any rolling effect of a bungee cord and hold your tanks close to your arm pit. this is extremely easy but go to the...

    Cow Springs-Steps and Boardwalk

There seems to be an assumption that more physically fit /athletic divers that have no access issues are better divers.

    GUE Cave Training?

I took full cave from a NACD CDS instructor and the training was just as good as the full cave class i later took from GUI. I suspect instructor selection is the key.

Slight Trim Issue, Looking for Ideas

I'm 5'4" and just always assumed arching my back to compensate was normal. Never thought about drilling holes in my backplate. Great idea!

    Sartek is here!

Weird, I can't get their site to load on Safari or Foxfire. And my MAC is working fine for everything including all my internet searches. I did email them a few days ago and asked if everything was OK and they didn't respond. I can't help but be suspicious. Hope I'm wrong. Richard

    Sartek is here!

The Sartek web site has been down for a while. Is this business closing? I was going to buy a light from them, but don't want to spend big bucks for a folding company. Anyone know what's happening with them? Richard

Petite Diver cannot find full 7mm suit

The new White's Fusion dry suit is actually easier to done than any wetsuit. It has the flexibility of a 1 mm wet suit and all the perks of a dry suit. I will never dive wet again after diving my Fusion. Nor will I ever dive my DUI TLS 350: the ultimate dry suit until now...

    Drysuit Purchase

I suppose we all tend to recommend what we have. I have used 3 dry suits over my last 100+ cave divers. A Santi custom, DUI TLS 350 and a Whites Fusion. There is NO competition! The Fusion is incredibly more flexible , lighter and comfortable. I won't do another cave dive in anything but my...

Petite Diver cannot find full 7mm suit

My wife is 5'. I am only 5'4" and we have purchased many wet suits and a a few dry suits during our diving careers. I recently bought a Fusion dry suit (abt $1500). It feels and dives like a 1 mm wet suit but is a dry suit. Really , you should look at this. A dry suit that dives like a...

    Drysuit Purchase

I only cave dive in N Florida caves........70º I have used 3 dry suits: DUI TLS 350 stock altered, custom Santi and stock Fusion The Santi was "worst" of the three. Stiff (couldn't even reach my tank valves), trapped air, heavy, slow to dry, almost exhausted me to dive in it. But it...
