Has anyone used these off brand housings?

I need another housing for my E-M5. I use it at Stingray sandbar so it never is under more than 5-6 feet of water. I don't need anything fancy. I have all the settings predetermined except for aperture, and don't need flash, diopters, zoom or anything else. Turn it on, set the aperture and fire...

Sea&Sea optical cables and PT-EP13 housing

Hey team, I noticed the other day the the Sea&Sea cable are a little loose in the Oly EP13 housing. Has anyone come across this or found an o-ring that is a little thicker and will hold the cable in the housing better? Thanks!

    Stupid 12-50mm ED question

Does the minimum focus length change when you are at 50mm or when you change to Macro? It is listed at 7.87", but doesn't specify if there is any difference, so I am assuming not. I was fiddling with it and could not tell a difference.

Is there any market for a L&M Pro and Sony XR520V?

A dive buddy dropped it off for me to look at. Camera, Case, Pelican Case, Red filter, macro flip in, and lots of extra's. Everything works perfectly and has been well taken care of. Respond here or shoot me a PM if you have any thoughts. Thanks!

Who is using video lights instead of strobes?

I am now an almost 100% believer in using torches instead of strobes. I started using my three Itorch Pro4 1400 lumens video lights on this last trip to Grand and Little Caymen and I am pretty impressed. What you do: ISO 800 Shoot shutter priority. I ranged from 80th to 250 to get the aperture...

Anyone work with the TG-3 yet?

Still no raw mode, but the macro focus down to the lens, and the ring light seem to give it a lot of versatility. 16MP as well instead of 12MP.

Looking to sell some stuff, anyone interested?

I have a Stylus Tough-8000 2GB card, cable, battery and underwater case. This is a great starter camera, underwater modes, small and lightweight. I have a case for the E410-E420(PT-E08). It has a HW bulkhead on it for Nikonis flash, and I have a spar set of o-rings. I can throw in a E-420, but...

My wife and I have Gekko's that we have been diving with for years. My wife wanted something new and decided on a VEO 2.0. I went with the VT4.0. We used them at Molasses Reef on air no problem, and I used mine many times at BHB no problems. We head to Cayman for the week, and boy am I glad I...

    Hanging in Cayman this week...

Started the week with the 12-50 and the PMLA-EP01 with a +10 for the closer stuff. Switched to 60mm and PMLA-EP01 with +10. I really like being able to take it off and slide it in my skin when I am not using it.

Video from our Whale Shark trip

I threw together some clips. Most are with the OMD-EM5, 8mm Pana and Zen Dome, the others are with a Stylus Tough or Flip. It was a most incredible day trip and I highly recommend it if you are in the Quintana Roo area in July. pr1Z_a4oF4s

We are heading to Cozumel in July. We are hopeful that Whale Sharks will still be around, and have booked a snorkel trip over to Isla Mujeres. So what do I use? I have an 8mm Panasonic and Zen 100mm dome. I also have the Oly port and can use the 12-50mm along with the custom zoom ring for it...

    A few shots from Roatan

Had an awesome and relaxing time. Highly recommend the condo we stayed in. It was just north of West Bay, quiet, but a short walk away from all the action on West Bay Beach.
