Head to Tulamben dive the wall to 40m and then the wreck of the USAT Liberty, a pretty good double dive you can in a day, both are shore dives.
I have dived Vila Alba and Bali Dive Trek. If Just doing a single dive day I would just go with any one of the many dive centres in central Tulamben close to the dive site.

I would recommend Manta point at Nusa Penida

It depends where you are staying. Tulamben is three hours drive in very busy traffic from Sanur. If you are staying in the south book a day trip to the Nusa Islands for Manta Point and Crystal Bay. I can see that you are a new diver , so consider booking a private guide as these dives can be challenging at times. Friends have used Aquamarine in Bali.
