That is a cheery diagram.... Passages like the above are hard enough for non-divers, but they are only the easy part. I think that picture is perhaps irresponsibly over cheery. It does not seem that light will work. None of the surface water shots suggest 10' vis. Some of the press on the SEAL's death indicated inability to read gauges due to silt. Everything I've seen in the press suggests that underwater will be at most a slight glow in front of the child's face, if their mask has a light.
More than that, the challenge is wriggling through a twisted passage only big enough for the diver or tank, the water silt making that light useless, and the escorts still needing to go head first to make their own way. Some diagrams of tank-escort-child-tank-escort all head to toe might emphasize the point, if that is what they face. With a head lamp shining only half a foot, likely still over optimistic. I do not know how long the narrow restrictions go for. Maybe the small restrictions are only 3' long, and they can have divers on each end.
