If you have just taken your nitrox class and do not know how to answer this you should ask for a refund and find a new instructor. If you have not taken the course I would advise you to do so before executing these types of dives. If you are asking about EAN28 I am assuming this is to be a deeper dive probably about 120 if you're looking at this mix. Granted this is based on assumptions, but EAN28 does not provide much benefit over air at that kind of depth. I think you may need some additional training and experience or competent mentor, maybe both. Enjoy you dives!

Thought so.

You can buy this from IANTD. Still believe it offers little value to anyone who is not an IANTD EANx instructor.

In the Deep Diver course we used 28% for 130 feet. As stated above, you have to do the math to arrive at 28%.

I am in the process of taking nitrox with SSI. They do issue a EAD chart that might help the OP.

as does PADI, and I assume NAUI. But one still has to know what to do with it.

The MOD for EAN 28 at a ppO2 of 1.4 is 132fsw, which is at the accepted limits of recreational diving.

If you are asking the question, you may want to question if you are ready for such a dive?

NDL of 11 minutes on air vs. 15 minutes on 28% at 130 ft according to my Oceanic computer. I'd do it, why not?

Good diving, Craig

I am a competent and smart diver, was just curious if such a chart existed as mine only goes to 28. I have an excellent firefighter/MSDT. I was just curious. I noticed longer bottom times with 28% compared to 32 or 36%.
