thats a cleaner wrasse
in the Cods mouth.
they feed by eating parasites off of other fish
the cod is actually holding its mouth open for the cleaning
I see it all the time in my salt water tank I have 2 cleaners to
keep the ick off of my blue tangs:crafty:

Yup, that's a cleaner wrasse, all right. The parasite is at the back of the cod's mouth and I'm pretty sure that wrasse will need to bring in some buddies if they want to remove it :wink:
