Adding a D ring to the right shoulder of a ranger

Is there an easy way to add a D ring to webbing on the right shoulder of the ranger?

I have one at the bottom of the webbing sections on the right shoulder but would like one higher up.

Any options?

I ran into the same problem with my stilleto, I wanted my camera tethered higher on my shoulder than the BCD allowed. I can shoot a pic and send it to you if you want, but I used a stainless steel quick link and unscrewed it, slipped it under the webbing and between the padding of the shoulder. Worked great and it was very low cost.
