It is definitely a barracuda. the spots on the lower body, the shape of the head, etc. I've seen plenty of those big chubby ones hanging out on wrecks down here. They can lay their top forward dorsal fin down.

I would bet a case of Belikin or San Miguel that this dark one just ate. Cut him open and there will be a nice grunt in his belly.
 
If it was smaller and had different markings it could be a sennet which has a distinctive line down the side. But it is not.

That would be the biggest effing sennet ever. Normal 8-14 inchex - max 18 inches.
 
You could dress a great barracuda up in a Nemo like Clownfish suit and you could still tell it's a barracuda from the arrogant sneakiness with which they move around. :D
