In mid December I placed an online order with DSS. I ordered a wing for my new doubles. Within about 2 hours of placing the order I get a phone call from Tobin. He thanked me for my order and then asked me a few questions about my equipment, exposure protection, trim, weight placement, and other general things about how and where I dive.

To make a long story short- Tobin suggested a different wing than the one I had ordered. His reasoning and logic behind the change of wings made perfect sense. I now have a DSS wing that is a perfect match for my doubles.

Absolutely excellent customer service from DSS. What more can I say.

Why attack the man? What's he done to you? I've never gotten a call from the CEO's of Dell, Sony, Subaru, or even Dive Rite or ScubaPro. But I use their products and they work well.

Come on man, let's leave the personal attacks off the board.
