Damn, Jon, those are fine. Dennis, shut up you bxxxxxd, you make me sick. Jim, I'm with you, brother. Never mind, Dennis sorry, I got carried away. If Mike turns out that kind of work from all his students, I'm going to have to find my way to the South Pacific and prove to be the exception. Keep up the good work, Jon.

Yeah my wife is getting a new camera and giving me her A95, so Im going to explore some underwater photography with what I can afford, which means no strobe for awhile.

wow dug up an old thread. :D

anyways, my no strobe settings with the a95:

mode: manual (always)
wb: custom ( i calibrate with or without flash just before i shoot a subject)
internal flash set to the lowest possible setting
shutter speed: 1/80 - 1/125
aperture: f5 - f5.6
iso 100

have fun with the a95. it took me a year and a half before i finally decided to get a strobe.

@larry: thanks master :wink:

Thanks Jon

I was just in the Philippines staying in Tagaytay. I had no idea that the diving in Batangas was sooooooo nice. Please tell me the vis isn't great this time of year so I won't do any serious bodily harm to myself. Definitely going to make time for a few dives my next time over.

I'll be diving in Anilao tomorrow, I'll try to get some pix for you by Monday:D.

On your way back to town, stop by Casino Filipino in Tagaytay and play some Pai Gow for me. Hopefully you'll have better luck than I did.
