I got a S95 and the Ikelite housing a few weeks ago. I had problems with the back buttons too. I put the padded part of bandaids over three of the plastic ridges on the front of the housing, where the front of the S95 fits, and now I can press the back buttons with no problem.

Rear pushbuttons may be more difficult to press on the surface. Once the case is under pressure the back of the housing will be slightly closer to the back of the camera and pushbuttons should make easy contact with the controls of the camera.

That's what I had read, but I still couldn't push the buttons under water. It worked with the tape.
