I'd guess a Canon PowerShot SD800 IS... or so it says in the EXIF data.

yep just an old canon sd800is in a canon housing

using the onboard flash with no external strobe?

I've got a Canon A570IS with Canon housing but have not taken it down yet, wondering how well it could do without a strobe..
