I wish this is all I was getting! A few days ago I discovered that an email telemarketing firm, in Poland for chrissakes, for lack of a better term is selling the email address I use to get order notices from my website to porn peddlers, Asian and Eastern European dating sites, enhancement products, and all kinds of other stupid crap.

So now between 20 and 30 emails a day come in wanting me to "click" to see hot girls, singles, and other such things. There is a link to click to stop them but I am not stupid enough to click on that and open another can of worms! If they were in the US and had an address I could go to and start breaking things I'd do that. But they do not.

So my web guy is working on filters but says it's a very aggressive campaign and it may take a while for the filters to pick up on all of it. They are even brazen enough to not blind copy me. I see what are obviously other small business addresses they are targeting in the properties.

I get pop up ads and phone solicitations for hearing aids, medical emergency alert devices and burial plots. It's partly a demographic thing. Count yourself lucky.
