Apo reef: is it worth the trouble/ expense?

and what happened to the reefs where Greenpeace made damage??
That's Tubbataha and they paid, iirc, a fine of about $8000 for it. (Others bump into the reef multiple times and get away with it.)
 
Or that there's going to be a dive resort worth going to on Panay sometime in the next few years :wink:

It's probably fair to say that if you have a chain for the pulling us Brits are glad to lend a hand...and I can only assume from your reply that the chain can be considered well and truly tugged(if you know what I mean) :D
 
<CHAIN TUGGED> I can take a good chain pulling better than most....be prepared for a pulled chain on your side at any time!
