I have been diving at the TN Aquarium for 7 years.
It is very rewarding, and a great place to keep your trim and buoyancy skills up to date
 
I would have to agree its a great way indeed. Their are those who see aquarium diving as not real diving and hence not worth it but I would have to say a dive is a dive! Glad to hear your having fun!
 
Since my original post the Virginia Aquarium in Virginia Beach has added an additional tryout weekend. The next tryout is May 2-3.
