Jeez...didn't report the accident until after a body was found!!!!! Yikes.

They were most likely illegal. They often try and avoid any contact with authorities. Sadly, the others probably didn't make it, because they couldn't swim. It seems like most of our drownings are young Mexican males. Swimming just isn't a skill that is commonly learned in Mexico.
