History is very questionable. There was no Bear ever lost from any branch of the service in the area. There was a Berosa lost and I think the original discovery was incorrectly believed to be that vessel.

It is a jumble of wreckage in 100' with 2 boilers aft upright about 10' and a pile of debris running about 150' forward til you get to the upright bow.Vis is variable and it gets fished and dove a lot,I have probly 50 dives on it over the years but recently it's difficult to beat everyone there.Definitely worth a dive or 2 then as you run N a few miles it gets deeper as you are now in the 21 bottom area. There you will find more fish and monster bugs.
