hi guys,
I did my very first pool dive on Saturday and did a training dive in the springs on Sunday I felt fine all day today but this afternoon my body started feeling achy and worn down. I am thinking it's just beacause my body is just tired and I used a bunch of muscles I have never used before. Since my certification dive is in the ocean this weekend I want to do my best to avoid getting sick.
What are your best don't get sick before your big dad remedies? Thanks!
