I was FORCED into it. Mob rule.

Palau, a marine Lake, Dave. like diving in up-chuck but smelled like a rest-stop. And if that wasn't enough, the gelatinous amorphous low life forms rubbed themselves all over your body, while DM's yelled not to kick because you might "damage" them. AND they say croccodiles hang out in there and when you look down deep, it is all green and dark with deadly Hydrogen Sulfide killer-decay goop. Not my thing. Not the best viz, either. :light:

Ewwwwww.... That sounds horrible. LOL Bleargh....

yeah...

i can ... ah .... see why you went diving there

three times

1. Being abandoned by the dive boat over a mile from shore in Ft. Lauderdale.

2. When I hit the 2nd thermocline in our local quarry - 65 degrees - way too cold.

3. Hasn't happend yet.

At the bottom of my list for diving:

1. All past and future body recovery dives.

2. Down a 30' wet well to a 36'' tile, then 90' up that tile feeling for cracks or damage when the town's water department blew up their old chimney and it fell on the ground directly above the river intake tile. Not fun:( and they paid dearly for that!

3. Every time my moisture alarm goes off on my cam housing. Fortunately, it's been only for condensation so far. (knock on wood)
