I'm lookin for info on Lake 16. . .

1. Fees to get in?

2. Need to sign in anywhere?

3. Are there hours?

In need of place to dive now that the "winter" is coming.

no fees
no real sign, but you'll see the lake. You'll most likely drive by the entrance your first time.
I think there are hours, but I did a night dive there so not 100% sure on that.

Give me a heads up if you need a dive buddy.
