I think he is just having a good "quotable" laugh at those folks who spend far more than they needed to.
 
Hey guys give me a break.....I was laughing at myself because I never looked at the date... After I realized that it was 4 years old. I stopped and edit it. My part. Someone got me good....But it was funny to me....Best Regards
