hi zak seems the dragon has a space to move the cam strap down or add 2nd strap. starting to dive some steel 100 and 120 more often. can I do this?

If you able to thread two cam bands i see no reason why you could not do so. Out of curiosity why do you want to? Is it due to the tank sizes?

Yes there I 2nd slot for exactly this purpose. You can absolutely add another strap for added stability, particularly with larger tanks. You can also move the one down if you preferred it in this position. Definitely a personal preference.
